Terms of Service

1. Service Description

ShopSnap provides a web-based application for automated product image processing – including background removal, resizing to 800×800px, and conversion to WebP format. The service is designed for WooCommerce stores and online merchants. Processing is performed by a third-party service (Remove.bg); resulting images remain the property of the user.

2. Accounts

Using the service requires registration with an email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account at info@shopsnap.eu.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not upload:

• Illegal content or content that infringes third-party copyrights.
• Images containing faces, biometric data, or personally identifiable information of third parties without their explicit consent.
• Malicious code or attempts to abuse or disrupt the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms without a refund.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all copyright over images you upload and process. ShopSnap makes no claim to your images. The ShopSnap brand, design, and application codebase are protected by copyright and are the property of ShopSnap.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

New accounts receive 3 free processing credits. Available paid plans:

• Standard – 50 processings/month for €5
• Pro – 150 processings/month for €9
• Business – 500 processings/month for €15

Payments will be processed via MyPOS (coming soon). Subscriptions are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time before the next billing period. Payments for the current billing period are non-refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ShopSnap is not liable for indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from use or inability to use the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amounts you paid during the most recent billing period.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Users will be notified of material changes by email or via the application at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and applicable EU regulations (including GDPR). Disputes not resolved by mutual agreement shall be referred to the competent court in Bulgaria.
